We had to put our kitty down due to an illness that couldn't be cured and they were very compassionate and gave us our time with saying goodbye. They helped us with our final decisions on cremating our baby and getting paw prints ordered. Yesterday we received a card from the staff, they didn't even know our baby but the words gave us comfort and a lot of crying, but they're very wonderful here.

I cannot say enough good things about this clinic. They have helped us through a difficult time having to put 2 of our dogs down within just a few months period of time. They always got us in and adjusted their schedule if we had emergencies. Everyone there is kind, compassionate, and thoughtful. Dr. Heidi is incredible. We also usually see the vet tech, Shelby, who is also amazing. But honestly, every single person in this clinic is the best. We are so lucky to have this vet clinic as our pets' medical home. Thank you so much for everything.

I recently took our dog for his first visit here and am so impressed with this office and glad we chose to take him here. For him, it was a low stress, high treat and praise experience. For me, I was heard by both staff and the vet and given an explanation for what needed to be done and why. An awesome experience for both of us!

I am new to the area and found West Shore Vet Clinic through researching clinics in the area. It appeared to be the best fit based on previous vet experiences. The team was very patient with getting my dog on the scale, a new fear he picked up, and they successfully got him on it after lots of treats and encouragement. Overall, our vet tech Shelby and Dr. Purucker were amazing. I did not feel like just a number to them. They listened and did everything possible to keep my dog comfortable through the entire visit.

Every single person there is very caring and attentive! My pup has had three surgeries, and they have been absolutely amazing each time! I couldn't recommend a better, caring vet, honestly!

Dr. Montagna and the entire staff are so compassionate and caring. I was in panic because one of my foster kittens was very ill. I showed up at the practice when they were opening instead of waiting for an appointment. They got me right in and took care of my little guy even though he wasn't nearly as sick as I thought he was. I'm very thankful for how kind and understanding they were. They have always provided exceptional care to my foster cats and kittens. They are the best!!!!

Been seeing Dr. Heidi for roughly 3 years now, and I cannot stress how thoughtful and amazing the staff is. Today we had an issue and called with 20 minutes to close and they were able to see us and treat our fur baby Penny. They are honestly the best, and I'm so lucky to be able to bring Penny here! Top notch!

Dr. Heidi and staff treat my dog wonderfully. He actually likes going there. He had surgery there last month for a removal of interdigital cyst and the price was fair and she did a great job!

I recently moved to the area and had a few people recommend West Shore, and I am glad for that. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Their prices are fair, and there wasn't a long wait to take advantage of the services that they offer. I have found my dog's new vet. We had an emergency with our dog. Called and got right in. The staff was experienced and compassionate – Dr. Heidi was a very calming, competent influence for both us and our dog. We really appreciate their quick response for multiple visits. Highly recommend.

This vet clinic is the absolute best. We started coming here with our wheelchair rescue and they provided the best care for him through his hospice days. They provided amazing compassionate care, and even came to our home when our sweet boy had to cross the rainbow bridge. Everyone in the office is incredibly kind, easy to get along with and actaully get to know and love your pets.

Now we come here with our sweet senior – Odin Eugene and he absolutely loves everyone there. They also are so kind and patient to me when I ask two billion questions and are so reassuring.

Overall, the best clinic in the area, and we are so happy to have them!!:)

An amazing, caring, thoughtful clinic. The staff and vet are super friendly and helpful. They care about everyone in the room. My young son had to bring his cat in and they listened to him and made him feel like he really was his cats owner and person. Would highly recommend if you want to feel heard and cared for.

We found Dr. Heidi's office by chance and couldn't be happier! Our puppy Leo loves all the staff and they are always equally happy to see us! They are always helpful when we call with questions. Customer service and standard of care is top notch. Dr. Heidi and her staff are very knowledgeable, professional, and down to earth. The icing on the cake is the affordable pricing. So happy we found them!

Update: Our 3 cats have all seen Dr. Heidi and staff, as well. We are still very happy with the care they give our fur babies. Everyone is kind and gentle. We drive almost 30 minutes to go to West Shore. This is the best office we've ever been to, hands down!

Dr. Heidi and her entire team is AMAZING! They genuinely care for your pets. They literally saved by cat (Clyde's) life. You walk in and they already know who you are and remember things from 3+ years ago. I bring my pets and my family's pets here and everytime I go in they always ask about the other pets to see how they're doing. I would TOTALLY RECOMMEND going here. Also very reasonably priced.

We have taken our pets to West Shore since they opened. They are the best and do a great job with our dogs. Dr. Heidi and the rest of the staff truly care about your animals like they were their own. Couldn't recommend them more.
